Please make sure the receipts are signed and sealed by the owner. If not, the received amount will not be considered valid for any future references.
If deposit receipt is misplaced, the refund will not be given back. Please keep it safe with you.
Deposit will be refunded at the time you vacate with all your belongings and hand over keys during office hours. Written intimation must be received by mail.
One month advance notice must be given before vacating the premises. If proper notice is not provided, the advance amount will be forfeited.
Visitors and guests are not allowed on the premises. If found, daily charges will be applicable as per our guest policy rates.
Monthly accommodation charges must be paid on respective dates. Late payment will incur Rs 50/- penalty per day.
Electricity bill and gas bill charges will be equally shared among all residents.
If anything is damaged or missing from the premises and no individual takes responsibility, everyone in the accommodation will be liable to contribute equally for replacement or repair costs.
The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
Violation will result in immediate forfeiture of accommodation and deposit, with immediate eviction.
You are responsible for securing your personal belongings. If anything is stolen or goes missing, we will not be held responsible. Please keep your valuables in the locker.
When a person causes a nuisance or disturbance on the premises, he or she will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be provided. Maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.
For any dispute and differences arising out of the present accommodation, the same will be subject to "Sole Arbitrator" appointed by the owner and the award will be binding to both parties. The venue of arbitrator will be in Pune and language will be English.
By staying at PG House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the above rules and regulations.
